Sample Bequest Will Bequests to HBPC Endowment Can Take Several Forms: 1. Specific Bequest: "I give and bequeath to HBPC Endowment Fund the sum of $... "(and/or specific property described herein). 2. Percentage Bequest: "I give and bequeath to HBPC Endowment Fund __% of my estate both real and personal". 3. Residuary Bequest: "All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate both real and personal, I bequeath to HBPC Endowment Fund" 4. Contingent Bequest: "In the event (Name of Person) does not survive me, I give, devise and bequeath to HBPC Endowment Fund the sum of $... (and/or specific property described herein). Each of the above bequests may be restricted or unrestricted. A restricted bequest allows you to specify how the funds are to be used. Perhaps you have a special purpose or project in mind. If so, it's best to consult with us when you make your will to be certain your intent is carried out. An unrestricted bequest will be placed in the General fund and is to be used at the discretion of the HBPC Endowment Committee Board.
